Kappa Delta Theta Sorority, Inc., is a non-collegiate, multicultural organization social-based sorority that caters to Plus Sized Women founded on the principles of Unity, Love, Honesty, and Respect. Becoming a Divine Diva of Kappa Delta Theta is a lifelong Commitment. Each Divine Diva plays a very vital role in making Kappa Delta Theta thrive in the Community.

Membership Requirements
“What are the membership requirements of Kappa Delta Theta?”
Pledges must exhibit the highest standards of the Sisterhood, by adhering to our six principles and

Must complete an application for Membership.

Must be willing to do Community Service.

Must have respect for the executive board of KDT.

Must conduct themselves with Klass at all times.

Pay the application and applicable membership fees.

Great character with integrity must be able to uphold the Principles, Diamond Diva Values, Mission, and Purpose of the Divine Divas of Kappa Delta Theta.

Q. What type of women does Kappa Delta Theta Sorority, Inc. consider for membership?
A. We consider ALL PLUS SIZE women Sizes 10 and up.
Q. Can any Woman of Race Join?

A. To be considered for membership, you must be 21 years or older.

Q. How do I become a member?
A. Membership to join Kappa Delta Theta is by invitation only. Everyone is welcome to complete an interest application and someone from our Membership Committee will reach out to you.

A. Kappa Delta Theta has members in North Carolina, Georgia, California, Alabama, Louisiana, South Carolina, and Virginia. We are newly emerging and are now taking interest applications.

Q. Do you have a Pledge Intake Process?
A. Yes, Kappa Delta Theta Sorority, Incorporated utilizes an Intake Process. All new interests will go through an intake process to fulfill their requirements of becoming a sister. This process is to differentiate between a woman who is a full current member within our Sisterhood, and one who is actively seeking to become a member. It is by no means demeaning nor will anyone be hazed. We will not allow anyone to feel devalued, regardless of their membership status.
Q. How long is the Pledge Intake Process?
A. The Pledge Intake Process takes between 6-8 weeks. Sessions are held, 1 time per week. A full schedule will be provided for you during your first initial meeting.
Q. How will we meet for the Pledge Intake Process?
A. Meetings are conducted through our Virtual Study Sessions using Zoom and Google Meet, along with our Diva's Den group and chat on Facebook.
